Hi, I’m Debbie - a project manager who’s obsessed with turning chaos into flow.

I specialize in workflow optimization, helping teams get unstuck, get aligned, and get things done, with less friction. Whether it’s mapping a process, untangling a messy system, or wrangling stakeholders (nicely), I bring a mix of structure, strategy, and creative thinking to every project.

From the floor of restaurants to the set of a video shoot, I’ve managed people, timelines, and creative energy with equal parts strategy and humor. I’ve worked across marketing, design, and comms - leading both rapid-fire sprints and slow-burn, complex projects. I love jumping into the middle of a challenge and building the kind of systems that make people say, “Wait, this is so much better.”

When I’m not smoothing out workflows, you’ll probably find me eating, reading, or spending time with the people I love.

  • Created custom forms and automated workflows in Asana to streamline submissions and triage

  • Reduced bottlenecks and confusion by defining clear roles, priorities, and routing rules

  • Built intuitive dashboards and templates to support repeatable task structures

  • Trained team members on the new system to achieve full adoption
