I help people get organized, make decisions, and follow through, because that’s where results actually happen.

I specialize in workflow optimization, helping teams get unstuck, get aligned, and get things done with less friction. Whether it is mapping a process, untangling a messy system, or wrangling stakeholders (nicely), I bring a mix of structure, strategy, and creative thinking to every project.

From the floor of restaurants to the set of a video shoot, and now as a Director of Operations in the financial services industry, I have spent years in environments where things move fast, details matter, and there is no room for things to fall through the cracks. I tend to step into the middle of moving pieces, figure out what is actually going on, and build a way forward that is clear, organized, and realistic.

Most of the time, that means bringing structure to something that feels messy, helping people get on the same page, and making sure what needs to get done actually gets done. I am just as comfortable keeping fast moving work on track as I am working through more complex, long term challenges.
